I just have to brag a bit about one of the best meals I’ve ever cooked tonight. It wasn’t your norm Christmas Eve meal but we’re not norm kind of people.
Homestyle Chinese noodles with organic roasted marinated tofu, roasted broccoli and peppers, green onions, radish coins, pumpkin seeds, and the best damn kimchi I’ve ever had.
I drizzled a homemade sauce on top of all that comprised of Primal Kitchen‘s No Soy Teriyaki, a little fish sauce, some organic rice vinegar, some coconut aminos, some Korean garlic sauce, raw honey, and brown sugar. Sprinkled some Nori Kom Fumi Furikake on top of all that.
The noodles and kimchi came from the Buford Highway Farmer’s Market.
