This was quite an interesting read for me. The book is 15 years old but the methods and strategies can truly be used by anyone. I didn’t feel the info was dated and I highlighted so many of the passages for future reference.
Yes, the info contained wasn’t much different than in any other conflict resolution or management book I read but the library scenarios it included were valuable examples of stressors that can happen in the library workplace.
